Google Maps has been actively shaping things up with a handful of issues raised, since ‘embeddable’ Maps were provided. One issue that I noticed yesterday, will hopefully be addressed soon as well. I’ve sent this in to the Google Maps Help Group, so hopefully an employee notices and forwards it on.

Google Embeddable Maps Issue, Part 2

This morning, I went through and ran a mark-up validation check with the W3C services to make sure that my site was rendering properly. I generally do this at least once per month to ensure there isn’t anything I’m missing. I’m a major compliance freak when it comes to mark-up!

Google Embeddable Maps Issue

Nikolas Schiller discovered an interesting problem associated with the new ‘embeddable’ Google Maps. I tried to suggest a couple things to correct for this, but even after seeing if that’d work — I’m also realizing that it’s a major flaw.
