Envisat Makes First Ever Observation of Regionally Elevated CO2 From Man-made Emissions — ESA, European Space Agency
http://www.esa.int/esaEO/SEMZHVM5NDF_planet_0.html
This is a very important discovery in observation, because it points-out the factual correlation between human-settled land-mass areas (primarily urban environments, and rural industry environments) and the location of CO2 emissions relative to human settlement and industry.
In other […]

- Thu, 24 Apr 2008 at 10:07 pm · Okay, I have to speak up here — and point-out that it was what the tax-payers originally agreed to. In fact, I dropped ASPRS membership when I was asked to sign a document that approves of this current administration’s outline to make the 2011 Landsat Continuity Mission a commercialized venture moving forward. This shouldn’t be news — this should prompt a clarified explanation as to why it wasn’t set-up that way from day one! I’m still waiting on any reaction to the public being ill informed on the smaller fault-lines and whether the USGS will ever incorporate that seismic monitoring in their datasets — as was highlighted by the recent St. Louis quake. · (0)

Reading through the piece, however, it appears the Pentagon is looking at a range of options, including scaling back the effort to be less ambitious than the previously failed FIA Boeing program which was scrapped in 2005 and cost tax-payers billions. · (0)
- Mon, 26 Nov 2007 at 9:36 pm · Interesting note on SlashDot about another government push for obtaining cell phone tracking of any American citizen with a cell phone. I’m still trying to figure-out when it was that Americans became the terrorists under the guise of tapping communications that are connected overseas (which, if you have a web site, I’d imagine you too would fall within that category, considering the obvious). It is within that sickness that one might find honesty and wisdom — and a resolve to right certain wrongs — finding determination to make certain changes accordingly, so that many may find a right path. · (0)

- Tue, 29 May 2007 at 4:09 pm · Niko sent out a bulletin on Myspace this afternoon, with coverage from Ecogeek.org about a new revolutionary technology about ready for commercial mass production — MDI’s Air Car. This unique car was developed by ex-Formula One engineer Guy Nègre, and will be built by India’s largest automaker, Tata Motors. The car will soon have the capability of driving the equivalent of a trip from Los Angeles, California, to New York City, New York — on a single tank of gas. — Additional coverage at Popular Mechanics. The marketing side of me can also see the humor in a new term or slogan being coined for “Air Superiority.” · (0)
